At StitchLux, we are committed to providing premium-quality clothing and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
For Standard Products

Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed for shipping.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return under our return policy.
For Customized & Bespoke Orders

Orders for customized or bespoke products (including personalized prints, embroidery, or modifications) cannot be canceled once production has started.

If cancellation is requested before production begins, we will process a partial refund after deducting design and material costs.
Refund & Return Policy
At StitchLux, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds are applicable only if the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery and verified by our quality check team. Orders lost in transit will also be refunded.
Please note that customized and bespoke orders are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or minor color and print variations due to screen differences.
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. To initiate a return, customers must email [stitch.lux.ind@gmail.com] with order details and images of the issue. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or request the customer to ship the item back.
Exchanges depend on stock availability, and if an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, or card). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or transferred to the customer’s bank account upon verification. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item, StitchLux will bear the shipping costs. However, if the return is due to any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
